AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human and Mouse Total HDAC4 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total HDAC4 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total HDAC4 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total HDAC4 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate MOLT-4 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1.5 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS, and lysed in 1x SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer at a final cell concentration of 10 x 106 cells/mL.
