AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-DAP12 (Tyr91), Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-DAP12 (Tyr91) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-DAP12 (Tyr91) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-DAP12 (Tyr91) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were seeded at 400K/mL and grown overnight in T175 flasks in medium containing 10% FBS. Cells were washed in HBSS and treated with 0.25 mM Pervanadate for 1 hour.
