AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Phospho-FOXM1 (Thr600) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-FOXM1 (Thr600) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-FOXM1 (Thr600) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-FOXM1 (Thr600) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 250 nM Nocodazole for 20 hours and lysed in 4mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
