AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Phospho-KAP1 (Ser824), Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-KAP1 (Ser824) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-KAP1 (Ser824) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-KAP1 (Ser824) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 (mu)g/mL Bleomycin for 4 hours, and lysed in 8 mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
