AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Parkin (Ser65), Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Parkin (Ser65) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-Parkin (Ser65) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human p-Parkin (Ser65) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Hela cells transfected with WT-Parkin were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 ?M CCCP for 1 hour and lysed in 3 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
