AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total BCL-2, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total BCL-2 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total BCL-2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total BCL-2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, SH-SY5Y cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 1 (mu)M Paclitaxel for 24 hours and lysed in 5 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
