AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total DNA PKcs Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total DNA PKcs assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total DNA PKcs assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total DNA PKcs Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Hela cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 3 (mu)M Neocarzinostatin for 2 hours and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
