AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Total PLC G2 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PLC G2 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PLC G2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PLC G2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate THP1 cells cultured in T175 flasks to between 0.6-0.8 x 106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were washed, then treated with 0.25 mM Pervanadate in HBSS for 30 minutes and lysed to 4 x 106 cells/mL with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
