Human Amyloid beta 1-42 (Aß 1-42) (high specificity) standard, lyophilized, for use in running standard curves in AlphaLISA no-wash immunoassays. This standard is already provided in the AlphaLISA human Aß 1-42 kit, but can be ordered separately..This standard should be reconstituted in 100 µL Milli-Q® grade water. The reconstituted analyte should be used within 60 minutes, if possible, or stored at 4°C for further experiments. Do not aliquot and do not freeze.
