Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-PLK1 (Thr210) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Hela cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 2 ?M Nocodazole for 20 hours and lysed in 5 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
