AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human and Mouse Total BRD2 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total BRD2 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total BRD2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse BRD2 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 200 ng/mL EGF for 10 minutes. Cells were lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
