AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human and Mouse Total CDK5 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total CDK5 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Total CDK5 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse CDK5 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed in 6 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
