AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Phospho-ALK (Tyr1586), Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra ; Phospho-ALK (Tyr1586) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-ALK (Tyr1586) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-ALK (Tyr1586) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from Karpas-299 cells cultured in T175 flasks to 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS, and lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer at a final cell concentration of 0.3x106 cells/mL.
