Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra ; Phospho-TrkA (Tyr674/675)/phospho-TrkB (Tyr706/707) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-TrkA (Tyr674/675)/phospho-TrkB (Tyr706/707) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-TrkA (Tyr674/675)/phospho-TrkB (Tyr706/707) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from purified, kinase active, recombinant TrkB protein, which has been autophosphorylated in vitro by incubation with ATP-Mg 2+. Prepared at a concentration of 10 ng/mL.
