AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total BTK, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra ; Total BTK assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total BTK assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total BTK Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from U937 cells, cultured in a T175 flask to approximately 1X106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 1% pervanadate for 30min and lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
