AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total CDK6 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total CDK6 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total CDK6 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human CDK6 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Molt4 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1x106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium, and lysed at 2x106 cells/mL in SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
