Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total ER?; assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total ER?; assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total ER?; Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, MCF7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 2 ?g/mL EGF for 10 min and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
