AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total FOXM1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total FOXM1 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total FOXM1 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human FOXM1 Total Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 250 nM Nocodazole for 20 hours and lysed in 4mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
