Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra ; Total IGF-1β Receptor assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total IGF-1β Receptor assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total IGF-1β Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. The lysate is prepared from A431 cells, cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 200?g/mL Insulin for 5min and lysed in 4mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
