AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total WDR5, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total WDR5 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total WDR5 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total WDR5 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Jurkat cells were cultured in T175 flasks to 1 x 106 cells/mL in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed at 3.2 x 10 cells/mL with SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
