AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Mouse Phospho-TDP-43 (Ser409/410) Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-TDP-43 (Ser409/410) assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse Phospho-TDP-43 (Ser409/410) assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Mouse p-TDP-43 (Ser409/410) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 50 nM Calyculin A for 2 hours and lysed in 4 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
