Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total Histone H2A.X assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total Histone H2A.X assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total Histone H2A.X Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HEK293 cells were cultured in T175 flasks to confluence in medium containing 10% FBS and lysed in 20mL 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer containing 1X SureFire Ultra Activation buffer.
