AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Total PI3 Kinase p85 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PI3 Kinase p85 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PI3 Kinase p85 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total PI3 Kinase p85 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate NIH/3T3 cells were cultured to 80-90% confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, medium removed and then treated with 50 ng/mL PDGF-BB for 5 minutes and lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
