AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Total RIPK1 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RIPK1 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RIPK1 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Total RIPK1 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate RT4 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 20 (mu)M Z-VAD, 50 nM SM-164 and 20 ng/mL TNFa; for 4 hours at 37(deg)C. Cells were lysed in 5 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
