The HTRF human CXCL1 (GRO alpha) kit is designed for the quantification of human CXCL1 release in cell supernatant.Also called GRO alpha, KC NAP-3 (neutrophil activating protein 3), or MGSA-alpha (melanoma growth stimulating activity alpha), CXCL1 is a member of the CXC chemokine family. Mainly expressed by macrophages, CXCL1 attracts neutrophils and is involved in angiogenesis, inflammation, and tumorigenesis. Assessment of serum samples often requires enhanced sensitivity.
