AlphaLISA Surefire Ultra Human Total Nrf2 Detection Kit, Control Lysate

Extra control lysate for the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Nrf2 assay. This control is already provided in the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Nrf2 assay kit, but can also be ordered separately. This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total Nrf2 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HeLa cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were then treated with 10 ?M MG132 and 2 ?M PMA for 18 hours and lysed in 3 mL of SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
