Brief Bio: Ron Franklin, Chief Executive
Ron began serving government with the US Army where he joined the 1st Cavalry Division, 1/9th Air Cavalry, Vietnam. During two counteroffensive campaigns, his unit received the Presidential Unit Citation and the US Army Meritorious Unit Citation. Ron received the Army Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star for Meritorious Ground Combat Service. The VA rates Ron's combat-related disabilities at 50%.
Professional life: Educated post-Vietnam using the GI BillB.S., CPA, Middle Tennessee State University, Business Management; University of Tennessee, Accountancy and Business Finance. Achieved progressive career positions with $100 million - $2 billion companies: Group Controller, Director of Finance, Corporate Controller, VP Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Senior VP US Operations, Chief Operating Officer. Presently Chief Executive, proudly continuing to serve government.
