Monoclonal Anti-CHD5 (rat IgG2a isotype) is derived from the hybridoma 5A10 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and lymph node cells from rat immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminal region of human C

Monoclonal Anti-CHD5 (rat IgG2a isotype) is derived from the hybridoma 5A10 produced by the fusion of mouse myeloma cells and lymph node cells from rat immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence at the C-terminal region of human CHD5. Chromodomain helicase DNA(CHD) binding protein 5 (CHD5) is an ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling factor. It is mainly expressed in neuronal tissues. CHD5 is a member of CHD family of proteins that is characterized with histone binding chromo (chromatin organization modifier) domains and sucrose non-fermentable 2 (SNF2)-related helicase/ATPase domains.
